Many teachers speak about the need to create a "safe space" for their students, but few of us get the opportunity to really reflect on how our classroom procedures lead to creating one. In this session, we will have the opportunity to engage in that honest reflection.

  Work with students and faculty of SLA’s Rough Cut Productions to learn the technical and artistic techniques of communicating through video.
  
  This three-hour interactive workshop has a limit of 30 participants.
Welcome 10am–3pm
- Spend the day at Science Leadership Academy. EduCon attendees have free admission to the Franklin Institute and other local Philadelphia institutions on Friday.

  What does it mean to sustain innovation? How do people/organizations continue to grow? How do you avoid regression to the mean? How do you avoid mission drift? How do resources remain shared?
