About Me

Jessica Massenat holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Widener University and has been a dedicated educator since 2013. She has taught mathematics, engineering, and introduction to construction at Trenton Central High School, where she has focused on fostering student engagement and achievement in the career technical education pathways. Since 2023, she has served as the STEM Teacher Leader at Trenton Central High School, driving innovation and collaboration in the STEM fields. Jessica is also a candidate in the NJEA Teacher Leader Endorsement Program, furthering her commitment to advancing educational leadership and excellence. In her free time, she enjoys knitting and crocheting, experimenting as a low-key baker, and being an assistant wrestling coach.

    Work with students and faculty of SLA’s Rough Cut Productions to learn the technical and artistic techniques of communicating through video.
    
    This three-hour interactive workshop has a limit of 30 participants.

  - Spend the day at Science Leadership Academy. EduCon attendees have free admission to the Franklin Institute and other local Philadelphia institutions on Friday.
